Jen and Drew’s wedding was a truly special event.  It’s been awhile that I’ve both attended and photographed a wedding and it was an honor getting to photograph our friend’s beautiful day.  The weather could not have been more perfect despite early predictions of a tropical storm, and the fun, relaxed atmosphere made their wedding feel like a real celebration.  We are so thrilled for Drew and Jen and wish them the happiest of marriages!

Surreybrooke located in Middletown, MD was an absolutely gorgeous wedding venue.  I loved how beautiful and intimate their ceremony location was.

Not only is Surreybrooke a beautiful location, it also happens to be the place where Drew and Jen met!  On their first meeting they snapped a picture of Jen pulling Drew on a wagon, so of course we had to recreate the image! Jen surprised Drew who is a huge Star Wars fan with an amazing Darth Vader groom cake!  I think you can tell he loved it!  Props to the talented Sarah Erichsen and Hailey Jones of Keebler Kakes who always deliver incredible cakes and cupcakes.
