After months of prolonged waiting, Lauren and Travis are finally married, and what an incredible wedding it was! Lauren and Travis had to delay their Ceresville Mansion wedding by seven months due to COVID, so when the day finally arrived they were elated! Lauren was so relaxed and excited all day, the rain stopped just in time for the ceremony, the colors Lauren picked out were gorgeous, and the entire affair was absolutely joyful. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Johnson, I am so happy for you two!

As luck would have it, the rain finally died down as we were getting ready to head outside for bridesmaid portraits. We started on the steps of Ceresville Mansion to take advantage of a little coverage, and then quickly got a few more pictures afterwards, not even needing umbrellas the rain was so light by that point!

While I was hanging out with the bridesmaids, my second photographer, Cat, was taking pictures of the groomsmen.

Lauren and Travis chose to do a first touch before the ceremony. However, before that Travis instructed me to give her a gift from him even though they had agreed that gifts were “not allowed.” Lauren acted upset but had a hard time pretending after seeing the beautiful bracelet Travis had picked out for her 🙂

Travis and Lauren decided to push their ceremony time by 15 minutes so that they could have their ceremony outdoors without any rain. I was thrilled to get to use that extra time to get a few last portraits of Lauren in Ceresville Mansion’s beautiful bridal suite.
