I am seriously obsessed with Maria’s Downtown Annapolis maternity photos! This gorgeous mama rocked all of my gowns while managing to not look cold despite it being 35 degrees outside. Maria’s husband Alecks was so sweet, constantly complimenting her and telling her how beautiful show looked. These two are expecting a little boy in March and I am so happy for them and felt blessed to have been their maternity photographer. For Maria’s maternity shoot, we started out at City Hall and I just love the contrast of the red Catherine gown against the wrought iron fence and the stone columns.

I am in love with the train on this gown and how gorgeous it looks cascading over stairs.

Maria is one beautiful mama!!

Maria was hoping to find a little bit of greenery despite it being mid January so I made her literally climb through a bunch of bushes in a dead flower bed so I could photograph her in such a way that she looked like she was in a green garden haha.

30 degrees and Christmas lights call for snow! It may have not snowed in real life but it sure was cold enough to!

The Downtown Annapolis waterfront was the perfect ending for a beautiful maternity shoot.

Alecks and Maria were giving me all the feels here! Pregnancy and children certainly add a different dimension to your relationship, but it’s so important to always take time to cherish each other.
