Ray and Cristina’s Ceresville Mansion wedding wedding was literally out of a Christmas fairy tale. With the roaring fireplace, glittering snowflakes, Mr. & Mrs. stockings, Christmas music, and adorable centerpieces featuring buffalo plaid, burlap, reindeer, nutcrackers, and cookie jars, they truly captured the Christmas spirit. When I first walked into their Ceresville Mansion reception I literally felt as if I was walking into a winter wonderland! Cristina looked absolutely stunning in her classic gown and updo which perfectly complimented Ray in his tux.

Not only was the wedding itself beautiful, but Cristina and Ray are just truly genuine, sweet, wonderful people. I met with them when I was 38 weeks pregnant and could barely walk and yet they not only trusted me to photograph their wedding, but sent along an adorable baby gift when Carson was born. I have so loved getting to know these two and couldn’t be happier for them and their wonderful families!

Cristina and Ray were married during a beautiful Catholic mass at Saint Katharine Drexel Catholic Church. I loved that it was still decorated so beautifully for Christmas.

It started raining as soon as the ceremony ended and kept up for the rest of the night.  We had to get a little creative with some of our photo locations, taking advantage of the brief periods when the rain lightened up.

Thankfully, Ray and Cristina were willing to brave the rain so that we could capture a few romantic images outside. A huge shout-out goes to my amazing assistant Emily for helping Cristina with her gorgeous veil and train and keeping me and my equipment dry! Honestly, I absolutely love how romantic and timeless the umbrella and rain make these Ceresville Mansion wedding photos.

As if it couldn’t get any cuter, Ray & Cristina choreographed their first dance to “Baby It’s Cold Outside.” Sooo cute!

These are the pictures I had been looking forward to since Ray & Cristina booked me. I have always wanted to photograph a wedding couple at Ceresville Mansion’s pergola at night and when I found out it would be beautifully decorated for Christmas I was even more excited. The rain lightened up just enough that we could take pictures outside without an umbrella while still being able to capture the beautiful glittering rain around them. I’m so happy with how these Ceresville Mansion night wedding photos came out and can’t thank Ray and Cristina enough for trusting me and braving the rain and cold!
