Leslie and Andrew actually went to boarding school together and then ended up getting back in touch a few years ago! How cute is that? These two live in Gettysburg and recently purchased the James Gettys Hotel which they’re in the process of renovating WHILE planning a wedding. I do not envy them haha. It only made sense for us to do a Downtown Gettysburg battlefield engagement shoot and where better to start than in front of their own hotel??

After photographing around Downtown Gettysburg, we stopped at their home to get changed and capture a few pictures in their front lawn.

From there, we headed to the Gettysburg battlefield and Leslie and Andrew picked out this gorgeous spot for us. The lighting was beautiful and we were blessed with a gorgeous pink sunset! It doesn’t look real!
