There’s nothing comparable to the joy and awe you feel when your little one enters the world. Suddenly there seems to be nothing more exciting than just staring at their little nose, playing with their fingers and toes, and listening to the sweet little noises they make when they sleep. Time seems to pass by at exponential rates during the first few months of your baby’s life, so it is all the more important to memorialize this time as a family through a lifestyle newborn shoot. Back in December, I had the privilege of photographing baby Livy around her home surrounded by her loving parents Katie and Rob, and her big brother Liam. I knew as soon as Katie asked me to photograph Livy that this was going to be a beautiful shoot – partially because Katie has such a wonderful family and partially because she has mad skills when it comes to interior decorating! I mean, Livy’s nursery was absolutely adorable and looked like it was straight out of a pinterest page. It was so sweet watching Liam interact with his little sister, and we even got a few Christmas pictures at the end 🙂
