This is only the second time I’ve had the opportunity to photograph an elopement, and I’m starting to love them! Chris and Sheena got married at the  Frederick Court House and managed to keep their wedding a complete secret until they day of. They tricked both of their moms into meeting them outside the courthouse under the pretense of grabbing dinner before watching the Downtown Frederick Christmas parade. Their moms had no idea these two were about to tie the knot and needless to say were completely shocked when they showed up in Christmas sweaters to find their son and daughter dressed up and ready to say, “I do!” I met up with the two of them just a few minutes after they tied the knot to commemorate their special day through a Downtown Frederick MD elopement shoot.  It was a chilly December day, but we made the most of it and the two of them looked positively elegant together. Congratulations you two, it was so fun getting to celebrate with you and photograph your special day!

Talk about one elegant bride! Sheena looks like she stepped straight out of an Audrey Hepburn movie with her classic fur shawl, lace clutch, and birdcage. Her beautiful hair was done by the talented Belleza Hair and Nail Studio.
