Springfield Manor Winery & Distillery Wedding
If ever a wedding day could be considered, “perfect” it was Adam and Danielle’s Springfield Manor Winery & Distillery wedding. Despite the fact that most of July has been downright miserable their day was beautiful; sunny, low 80s, with a gentle breeze. Danielle chose a lavender and teal color scheme and their decor was simple but romantic with accents of wood and dried lavender picked from Springfield Manor. I’m not sure what was more emotional; the first glance between Danielle and her dad or when Danielle and Adam exchanged love notes prior to the ceremony, clasping hands with only a door to separate them. I would be lying to say I didn’t get choked up both times. The lighting was perfection and the way it shone through Danielle’s cathedral length veil had the photographer in me getting all giddy inside. Most importantly, the tears, hugs, vows, kisses, and laughter were all reflections of the sweet love that Adam and Danielle share for each other.
This was the first time Adam has ever worn a suit in his life. While I”m not sure how much Adam enjoyed it I think Danielle thought it “suited” him quite well. (See what I did there?)
Heather from Heather Rea Style Studio did a fabulous job on Danielle’s make-up.
These pictures from Danielle and Randy’s first glance get me every time!
I love first glances, but if that’s not for you, it’s okay! A lot of my couples opt instead for a “First Touch” and it’s just as adorable 🙂
This light is one of the many reasons we love Springfield Manor Winery & Distillery weddings!
Danielle requested immediately following the ceremony a few minutes for her and Adam to spend alone together to just revel in the moment of being newlyweds. I love when my couples do this, partially because I think it is just a really beautiful time for my couples, and partially because I love getting to photograph the resulting candids! See what I mean about the light coming through her veil??
Adam and Danielle made the centerpieces, wooden cupcake stand, and wooden coasters! Apparently Danielle showed Adam a picture of a similar cupcake stand on Pinterest and he thought, “I can do better.” I think he nailed it!
A little sibling love between Adam and his two sisters 🙂
Props to Danielle for having the foresight to stand on a chair so she could crush Adam in the face with the cake hahaha.
Congratulations Adam and Danielle! Brent and I are so happy for you two! Your Springfield Manor Winery & Distillery wedding was truly perfect 🙂
