Jake and Jackie wanted fall colors for their engagement shoot, but the weather seemed to have other ideas. After having to reschedule once with our rain date also predicting rain, we ended up switching dates again to an early Sunday morning.  After winding up in different parking lots, we finally found each other and hurried to make the most of our Harpers Ferry Engagement Shoot!

Despite our late start, Jake and Jackie weren’t frazzled in the least and instead were as cute and loving as ever.  I love the way that Jake can make Jackie laugh, and Jackie in turn lights up Jake’s face whenever he looks at her 🙂

You can’t do a fall engagement shoot without having a little fun in the leaves 🙂

With no good place to park in Harpers Ferry we ended up finishing the shoot in a nearby parking lot; with the gorgeous fall leaves it’s hard to tell! Beautiful 🙂

Thanks for getting up early Jake and Jackie and for being so much fun on your engagement shoot!  I can’t wait for your wedding!
